Need Help with Niche Selection !!

I’m at a point where I need to narrow down a niche for my AI automation services and wanted to get some outside opinions.

I’ve previously worked with a marketing agency, helping them with a Notion-based dashboard and some CRM automation — that gave me a good look into how messy ops can get and how much leverage automation provides.

Right now I’m exploring:

• B2B SaaS

• SMMA / Marketing agencies

• Other service-based businesses

My goal is to eventually position myself as an AI Growth Partner — focusing on outcomes like leads, booked calls, and revenue growth rather than just “building automations”.

For people further along:

– Which niche gave you the fastest learning curve?

– Which one has clients that actually take action?

– Any beginner traps I should avoid?
