Hey everyone 👋
I’m currently building websites for local businesses (mainly plumbers), and I create them using AI tools and deploy on Netlify with a custom domain.
Everything works great from my side — design, speed, mobile, lead generation, etc.
But I’ve hit one challenge:
👉 Some clients ask: “What if I want to change something later myself?”
Since this is not WordPress (no dashboard/CMS), they can’t easily edit things on their own.
Right now, I handle updates manually for them — but I’m wondering:
- How do you handle this situation?
- Do you give clients editing access somehow?
- Or do you position it as a “done-for-you service” and handle all updates yourself?
