NEED ADVICE FOR MY MULTI-CHANNEL AUTO REPLY ASSISTANT
Greetings dear AIS community,
I am currently building an automated DM-Reply assistant for local businesses via the following platforms/channels - Instagram, Whatsapp, Email, Website Form & Website Chatbot + Vapi Voice assistant for phone calls. I have a few doubts to clear so that I BUILD CORRECTLY right from the start.
As seen in the 1st screenshot, I used the AI builder to explain what I wanted and have it build a skeleton workflow with all the necessary nodes. I tried to arrange it as clean as possible, but it still looks quite messy😅. So now my doubts are as follows -
1.) Should I have all the flows in 1 workflow like this or build seperate workflows for each channel? ie. 1 workflow for Instagram and 1 workflow for Email. If I keep all in one, how do I ensure the workflow executes for each trigger individually? As per the 2nd screenshot, I can only select 1 trigger to execute the entire workflow. If someone messages on IG and WhatsApp at the same time, I want the workflow to execute for both and send repsones simultaneously.
2.) If I build seperate workflows for each platform, it may be cleaner but will also eat away at my executions, which is 2,500 for now as I am on the starter plan. So after landing my first client, would you recommend upgrading to the PRO for 10k executions or Self-hosting for Unlimited executions?
3.) I managed to create the Instagram bot and have it running successfully after an entire day of tutorials and debugging. However, repeatingt this entire FACEBOOK DEVELOPER process for each new client that wants to have their IG & WhatsApp business accounts added for the reply bot does not seem scalable whatsover. Is there an easier method or even a 3rd party tool I can use to bypass this entire META AUTHENTICATION process so that it is easier for both the clients and myself to have a fully functional reply bot setup with just a few clicks?
4.) Since this workflow is only the backend, I am also considering building a Frontend landing page using REPLIT, where clients can -
a.) Create an account & add their platform business accounts (IG, WhatsApp, Email) + website sitemap URL.
b.) Maybe fill out a form with further info about the response style, tone, language for each platforms chatbot so that I can edit the AI AGENT PROMPT as per their Branding Standards.
c.) Have the chatbots operational within the hour.
This will make the process a lot more professional and visual for the clients, and also easier for me to collect the necessary information. What are your thoughts on having this kind of front-end? Should I just do back-end impleentation for the 1st client?
