Need a little help finishing up an automation! Almost there!

Hey everyone,

I've been building this automation workflow and I'm super close to having it finished, but I've hit a bit of a wall. I'm struggling with a couple of final details to get it working 100%.

I was wondering if there's anyone here who's good with automation (maybe Make, n8n, or similar tools) who wouldn't mind taking a quick look and pointing me in the right direction? I'd be incredibly grateful for any advice!
