Hey everyone, I’ve been experimenting with connecting different tools to see how far I can take a web audit + outreach flow. Thought I’d share what I built and also get feedback on how you’d improve it. The flow right now: - Pulls records from Google Sheets - Scrapes websites (company info, staff lists, etc.) - Flags if a site is down or redirecting - Runs a Lighthouse audit (Performance, SEO, Accessibility, Best Practices) - Captures screenshots for context - Uses AI to draft outreach emails (even adapts if the site is down) - Logs all results back into Sheets What I found interesting: - Multi-language outreach (I tested translating into Swedish) really changes response tone. - Having both audits + outreach in one flow saves a lot of manual steps. - But, handling edge cases (like missing websites) took some trial and error. I recently built a complete end-to-end document automation workflow in n8n. This automation collects company details through a form, scrapes website content (or extracts from uploaded PDFs), merges everything, and then leverages an AI Agent (OpenAI-powered) to create a professional Company Analysis Report.
