Got bandwidth for more projects if you know anyone who needs help.

Quick background: I'm based in Arizona, got my AI Automation certificate from University of Arizona, and I've been building whenever I can between everything else. I've got a couple clients in property services and I want to take on more projects in other niches.

My Favorite Builds So Far:

→ AI Content Engine n8n workflow that scrapes local news, weather, trending Reddit topics, and Google News, feeds it all into an AI content strategist that plans the posts, then a separate AI writer that actually writes them, checks for duplicates against everything it's already posted, and saves to a Google Sheets content calendar. Built it for a local Facebook group and grew it from 0 to 3,200 members in 2 months.

→ VAPI Voice Agent Full AI phone system call routing, after-hours logic, SMS/email notifications, and it automatically generates and emails reports after every call. VAPI + n8n + Twilio + Google Sheets all wired together.

→ Automated Performance Reports pulls real execution data from workflows and sends monthly reports on schedule. If you're selling AI, it should come with the data to prove it's working.

I've shared these as templates in here too if it can help someone out, why not. I'm deep in the Claude rabbit hole right now which has been a game changer for how I build. Always learning, always tinkering.
