Built it for a local Facebook group and grew it from 0 to 3,200 members in 2 months. → VAPI Voice Agent Full AI phone system call routing, after-hours logic, SMS/email notifications, and it automatically generates and emails reports after every call. VAPI + n8n + Twilio + Google Sheets all wired together. → Automated Performance Reports pulls real execution data from workflows and sends monthly reports on schedule. I grew a local community Facebook group from 0 to 3.2k members in 2 months. Posting twice a day was a huge part of that but I got tired of spending time every day coming up with stuff. So I built an n8n workflow that does it for me. It pulls real local news, actual weather data, and Reddit trends for your area, then uses two AI agents one to pick the topic, one to write the post. It also reads your last 2 weeks of posts so it doesn't repeat itself. Generates 2 posts per day (morning + evening), saves them to a Google Sheet, and you just copy-paste into your group. Quick note Facebook deprecated the Group API so there's no way to auto-post into groups anymore. No tool or workaround exists, Meta killed it. This handles everything except the actual posting, which takes like 10 seconds and can be scheduled. To use it for YOUR city, you just swap one Settings node: - Your group name + location - Your city's lat/long (for weather) - Your local subreddit - A local news RSS feed - 8-10 landmarks people in your area would know Connect your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, SerpAPI, Google Sheets) and you're running. A few days ago I shared an $800/mo voice agent that handles calls and auto-generates employee job reports. This is the layer I built on top of it. On the 1st of every month, my client gets an email with the real numbers calls handled, reports generated, hours saved, dollars saved. Pulled straight from the call data and the sheet. Takes 20 minutes to set up per client then it runs itself. You fill out a quick intake form with them what did this replace, who was doing it, what's their rate. That's it. System does the rest. When your client sees 4x ROI in their inbox every month that's not just retention. That's them asking what else you can build. That's referrals. That's a case study you didn't have to write. Doesn't have to be voice stuff. Any automation you're charging monthly for if it saves time you can measure it. I see a lot of people overcomplicating this stuff so I just put it all in one workflow and attached it with the setup guide.
