So we built a prototype AI agent capable of automatically handling hotel customer support via WhatsApp. 🤖

All handled instantly.

⚡Technically, the system runs on n8n locally and is exposed to the internet using ngrok.

But the real value isn’t the technology.

The real value is this:

✅ Customers get immediate responses

✅ The front desk is less overwhelmed

✅ The hotel projects a more professional and modern image

✅ More inquiries are converted into bookings

Next step: implementing advanced session management so the agent remembers context and keeps conversations natural. 🧠

Because a powerful AI agent doesn’t replace humans.
