→ AI reads PDF or image
→ Extracts invoice number, date, tax, total
→ Confirms accuracy automatically
→ Pushes clean data to Google Sheets
→ Stores everything in Google Drive
No manual work.
No Excel.
No follow-ups.
The result?
• 30–40 minutes per invoice → under 2 minutes
• Zero copy-paste errors
• Same team handling 5× volume
• Ops that don’t break when things scale
