I created an Invoice AI Workflow because I was tired of seeing the same problem everywhere.
Smart teams. Good revenue. Terrible operations. Invoices were still processed like this: → Download PDF → Open Excel → Copy numbers → Double-check → Fix mistakes later So I removed the human from the loop. Here’s what I built instead: → Client sends invoice on Telegram → AI reads PDF or image → Extracts invoice number, date, tax, total → Confirms accuracy automatically → Pushes clean data to Google Sheets → Stores everything in Google Drive No manual work. No Excel. No follow-ups. The result? • 30–40 minutes per invoice → under 2 minutes • Zero copy-paste errors • Same team handling 5× volume • Ops that don’t break when things scale Built with n8n.
