How To Organize SKILL.md Files When They Are All Named SKILL.md

You thought I was gonna solve this didn't you?

Nope. How are people storing or organizing SKILL.md files when they are all called the same thing? I store them in descriptive folders now with their associated files. But, sometimes there's just one hanging out on the Desktop and 🤷‍♂️

I'm struggling with seeing one stored somewhere and having no idea what it does, without opening it, when they have no descriptive name.

I know this brilliant community has a smarter-than-me solution to categorizing and storing these that they can share? I'm guessing there's a GitHub solution? Feel free to chime in.
