I need help from someone using Twilio for cold calling. This story shows why:
I used a WhatsApp account to cold call business owners. It got banned due spam after reaching out to around 50 people and calling about 10 of them.
Cold calling is a numbers' game. You can personalize. You can show genuine desire to help. It's inevitable to have people will hung up on you seconds after taking the call. It's inevitable to have people saying "f*ck you" without even talking. That is in the case they pick up the phone. So an account for a few calls is not profitable. I think that explanation shows why. And it's disgusting (and maybe dangerous digitally) anyway.
So, for people doing cold calls (remotely, no physical line):
- Is Twilio (or any other alternative) volume-friendly?
- Can you get banned?
How does the game for remote cold callers work?
