We’re building out a high-growth automation agency and need a rock-solid automation specialist to join the team.
If you’ve got 2–3 years of experience in GoHighLevel, Zapier, or ActiveCampaign, and you know how to build systems that actually close deals, keep reading.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up GoHighLevel automations (pipelines, triggers, multi-step follow-ups)
- Integrating lead sources (Facebook/Google ads, websites, forms) directly into CRM pipelines
- Creating speed-to-lead automations (text/email/voicemail)
- Building review request + lead reactivation campaigns
- Managing calendars, appointment scheduling, reminders
- Ensuring everything is tagged, tracked, and reported properly
🧠 Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years hands-on with GoHighLevel (MUST)
- Strong grasp of automation logic (if/then flows, tagging, sequencing)
- Comfortable integrating with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Zapier
- Bonus: Experience with real estate or home services niches
- Detail-oriented: You don’t let leads slip through the cracks
- Proactive: You think in terms of systems, not just tasks
