Help with Outreach and Getting Clients

Hello. So I'm still in the getting clients phase of automation and I've been reaching out to property managers in the real estate space. My question is I've been exclusively working with Make.com for my automations and airtable for my CRM. Is it worth learning n8n also? If so, is there a free version of it? I know I can create automations that work in make.com but is that platform still beneficial?
