Kicked off AI Opportunity Mapping project with a client.

Since the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as a collective, has little AI knowledge beyond ChatGPT it was necessary to design an Intro to AI training course.

The objective, increase the literacy and fluency of the group so that when the final opportunity document is delivered in four weeks, their basic understanding of AI increases to a level where they will appreciate the AI Opportunity Map recommendations.

To make this repeatable and resilient, I created this free resource in Skool.
