Follow-Up System: WhatsApp + SMS + Email — What Actually Works ?
Hey everyone,
Building a lead follow-up system for real estate and wanted to get some opinions from people who've actually done this.
The plan is to hit leads on 3 channels simultaneously — WhatsApp, Email, and SMS — and whichever channel they reply on, continue the conversation there and stop the other two.
What I need from you guys:
→ How many follow-ups before you call a lead dead?
→ What's your day spacing? Day 1, 3, 7?
→ With 3 channels running at once, do you send the same message on all 3 or does each channel get different copy?
→ Where do you get the actual scripts from, what does your messaging actually say?
Still figuring out the best sequence logic and what words actually convert. Would love to hear from people who've been through it.
