What Cold DM Got You Replies?
Hey everyone If you’ve sent a cold DM that got replies / booked calls, would you mind sharing it here? (or even just the structure) Trying to improve mine and figured it’d be helpful for everyone to see real examples instead of just theory. it would be very helpful

Follow-Up System: WhatsApp + SMS + Email — What Actually Works ?
Hey everyone, Building a lead follow-up system for real estate and wanted to get some opinions from people who've actually done this. The plan is to hit leads on 3 channels simultaneously — WhatsApp, Email, and SMS — and whichever channel they reply on, continue the conversation there and stop the other two. What I need from you guys: → How many follow-ups before you call a lead dead? → What's your day spacing? Day 1, 3, 7? → With 3 channels running at once, do you send the same message on all 3 or does each channel get different copy? → Where do you get the actual scripts from, what does your messaging actually say? Still figuring out the best sequence logic and what words actually convert. Would love to hear from people who've been through it. Drop what's working for you

@Tim West Really appreciate this, super helpful That follow-up breakdown actually clears things up for me, and yeah different copy per channel makes sense. Also thanks for the script suggestions, gonna check those out. Quick question, when a lead comes in, do you hit all channels at once or space them out a bit?

@Tim West Got you 😅 I meant like, when a new lead comes in, do you message them on all channels right away (WhatsApp + SMS + Email), or do you space it out? Like WhatsApp first, then maybe SMS/email after some time if they don’t reply. Just trying to understand how you structure that first touch.
What’s the Best RAG system for Claude code?
i found many like light rag or obsidian or notebook LM py not sure what would be good for me I have information on a business that I need Claude code to understand when building an automation

Lowkey you don’t even need a full RAG system at the start 😅 I’d just use Obsidian or even a clean folder with docs and let Claude read from it. Once your data grows, then yeah look into Light RAG or something more structured.
7-Day Challenge Update on Day 1
@Nate herk Ai Found a few things that may need your attention. @Nate Herk 1) I followed your Day 1 video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFepZE_wrfg very closely and installed the WAT CLAUDE.md file, renamed to CLAUDE.md into VS Code and provided Claude Code (inside of VS Code) the same prompt you did in the video "read the claude.md file and then set up the project and the structure, and then we'll start building workflows together" it was super awesome what happened next, it created a similar structure but without the README.md files in tools/ and workflows/ (I've attached some screenshots from my setup and your video for your reference). 2) In the .env file, it did not generate with the OAuth and "other API keys" - none of this is really a big deal, I'm just wondering if the current WAT CLAUDE.md file is not the same as when you recorded the tutorial 3) There's a bad link on the 7 Day AIS Challenge -> Day 1: First Workflow -> Build: Newsletter Automation page that goes to key.ai instead of kie.com - again not a huge deal, but it took me about 30 mins to figure that one out LOL Hopefully, this is helpful and these items could be addressed, especially #3. If not, hopefully, this post will be helpful to others attempting the 7-Day Challenge!

Thanks for sharing this, I’ve run into similar stuff too, it doesn’t always match the video exactly, probably just version updates.
Day 1 of the 7 Day AIS challenge
After asking Claude Code to go through the md file, it's asking me some questions the video and doc's didn't cover. I'm using Claude Code in the terminal. I chose answers Claude Code was presenting me but have no idea if they're even the right choices. I also didn't get the same questions as in the video. Anyone else encounter these issues? How did you proceed?

Yeah I ran into the same thing 😅, The terminal version can be a bit different from the videos, so don’t worry about it too much. I just go with the suggested options and tweak things later if needed. Most of it isn’t permanent anyway.
