I don't know if most of you will agree that follow-up is definitely one of the most important process across different industries, no matter how small or big it is.

I've seen that it is always embedded on how we process and function with our business. It can either harm or grow your business solely from your follow-ups alone. So, since that I found this problem is not just happening with myself and it is a universal problem on its own.
