But if this part is broken…none of it makes money.
What happens AFTER a lead comes in?
From what I’ve seen across different systems:
- Lead comes in at 9pm no response
- Form filled no follow-up
- Missed call never called back
And just like that…30 50% of potential revenue is gone.
Not because the system is bad.Because the response layer is missing.
