Everyone here is building AI… but almost nobody is fixing this 👇
You can build: agents workflows automations But if this part is broken…none of it makes money. What happens AFTER a lead comes in? From what I’ve seen across different systems: - Lead comes in at 9pm no response - Form filled no follow-up - Missed call never called back And just like that…30 50% of potential revenue is gone. Not because the system is bad.Because the response layer is missing.

Got banned doing outreach… how are you getting clients?
Quick question for those already landing clients with AI automation: What channels are actually working for you right now? I tried doing outreach on Facebook to local businesses in my niche, but my account got banned pretty fast — clearly I was doing something wrong or too aggressive. Are you guys finding clients through: - Cold DMs (if so, where?) - Content (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) - Freelance platforms (Upwork) - Something else? Would really appreciate hearing what’s working right now, especially for beginners trying to land their first few clients. Thanks in advanced 💖 Samin

Getting banned usually means one thing:volume before strategy. Cold outreach still works but not the way most people do it. Instead of:mass messaging → pitch Try: - engage with posts first - comment with insight - then DM naturally Way lower risk + way higher response rate. Also what niche were you reaching out to?
How do I find clients with 2 automations built?
Hello everyone! I need help when it comes to finding clients for my automation work. I have finished 2 automations so far, a simple RAG chatbot and a dental lead management system. Here's how the dental lead system works: Tally webhook entry, Lead deduplication(checks Google Sheets so the same patient doesn't get processed twice), AI classifies the inquiry then reads Google Sheets FAQ and sends an email back to the patient, Telegram message to the clinic if the case is an emergency, CRM logging, automated follow ups I'm not sure how do I find the right clients for this and if these 2 automations are enough so I can start reaching out to businesses. Does anybody have any tips?

You’re closer than you think. The issue isn’t your builds it’s positioning. Right now you’re describing:“what it does” Clients care about:“what problem it fixes” For example your dental system: Instead of:AI chatbot + workflow Say: Stops clinics from missing emergency patients + auto-fills empty slots Same system. Way easier to sell. Who are you currently targeting with it?
Quick question for AI builders: how are you handling GDPR for European clients?
Hey everyone 👋 Question for those of you building AI chatbots for clients (or your own product): When you deploy a chatbot on a website, are you actually GDPR-compliant — or are you hoping nobody notices? I’m based in Austria, building AI automation solutions for European SMBs, and the #1 question I get asked isn’t “how smart is your bot?” — it’s: “Where is the data going? Who processes it? Do you have an AVV?” Most US-built chatbots fail this conversation immediately because: • No signed Data Processing Agreement (Art. 28 GDPR requirement) • Subprocessors (OpenAI, Pinecone, Vercel) not disclosed • No Datenschutzerklärung (privacy notice) in the local language • EU AI Act transparency requirements ignored (mandatory from August 2026) Curious — how are you handling this for European clients? Or are you avoiding the European market entirely because it feels too complicated? Happy to share what I’ve built (a 10-point GDPR transparency package) if anyone wants to dig in 🙌

This is such an underrated angle. Most builders treat GDPR like a limitation…but in reality it’s a sales advantage if handled properly. If you can confidently answer: where data goes who processes it how it's secured You instantly stand out vs 90% of “AI builders.” You’re not just selling automation at that point you’re selling trust + safety. Curious have you been able to close deals because of your transparency package?
Claude code for marketing
Hey guys, been interested in Claude Code Agents to use for my digital marketing and also for clients. How can I leverage Claude Code and other tools like Higgsfield etc. for digital marketing? Is it possible to create marketing team (researcher, reporter, analyser, content ideation etc.)? I would like to know if Claude Code agents are really great to create and work with and which/how are the most ROI?

Yes — you can absolutely build a full ‘AI marketing team. The key is splitting roles properly (research → content → analysis → distribution). Most people fail because they try to do everything in one agent fell free for help in that.
