Ecom / Service Business Owner Looking for AI Automation Ideas 🚀

Hey everyone — I’m currently building in ecommerce and the service space, and I’m looking for ways to make the business run smoother with AI automations.

Right now I’m especially interested in automating things like:

Lead follow-up

Customer support

Order / client onboarding

CRM updates

Email workflows

Simple AI agents for repetitive tasks

Website improvements / conversion fixes

I’m not super technical, but I understand the business side and I know there are probably a lot of things we’re doing manually that could be automated.

Also, our website could definitely use a refresh, especially if it helps with better lead capture, trust, and conversions.
