Customer Outreach integration for Retail POS

Howdy - I’m working on a project to build outreach agents for small-to-medium retail stores. The goal is to leverage customer, inventory, and sales data from their POS to create automated workflows that drive measurable results.

I’m looking for advice on which agents/workflows to start with—ones that:

Have the highest measurable KPIs (sales, repeat visits, etc.)
Show ROI in the shortest time horizon

Some ideas I’m considering:

Post-purchase follow-ups & upsells
Dormant customer reactivation
Seasonal promo campaigns

I’m keeping it lightweight on the email side (sending directly through the store’s Gmail rather than a full ESP), so workflows that work well in that setup would be especially helpful.
