Collecting user info & Storing in CRM
I built an AI chatbot that answers questions and books appointments, but I’m struggling to collect and store essential user info (name, email, phone) in Google Sheets/CRM.
The bot doesn’t always detect or extract these details properly when users provide them in free text. Should i use step-by-step prompts, AI entity extraction, or another method to ensure structured data collection? Any advice would be appreciated ! 🙏
