M trying to update a Google Sheet automatically with my n8n workflow.In my workflow, i want to insert all the results into one single row in Google Sheets, with all titles aligned horizontally… BUT right now, n8n creates multiple rows instead of one row.Each title becomes a new line (new row) in the sheet! Even though they are from the same run.

I’ve deployed n8n on Railway and everything seems to be working fine, except that workflows don’t run automatically when I set them to active. Has anyone here successfully hosted n8n on any cloud service? Let me know if your workflows normally run automatically when set to active, or is extra setup needed

I built an AI chatbot that answers questions and books appointments, but I’m struggling to collect and store essential user info (name, email, phone) in Google Sheets/CRM. The bot doesn’t always detect or extract these details properly when users provide them in free text. Should i use step-by-step prompts, AI entity extraction, or another method to ensure structured data collection? Any advice would be appreciated ! 🙏

My Question: How can I build a trigger in n8n that checks the planning and starts the workflow only if a topic is scheduled for today? I want to automate my newsletter based on a planning schedule stored in a Google Sheet. The newsletter consists of sections and each one contains diff topics scheduled... How the Automation Should Work: - Every day, the workflow should read the schedule. - If a topic is planned for today’s date, proceed with the automation. - If no topic is planned, stop the workflow. Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!

OpenAI returns 3 items, but only one is a real match. - One correct match (which is good) - Two extra items saying "No match found" ❌ When we pass this output to the next agent, it treats all 3 items as separate inputs, causing unwanted processing 😃 I need to filter out only the correct matched item and remove the extras. Has anyone solved a similar issue in n8n?Should I use a Function Node, OpenAI prompt modification, or something else?
