About to start cold emailing for commercial cleaning and trying to actually do it right — not just blast generic emails.

Current plan:

– Building targeted lists with Apollo

– Verifying emails (MillionVerifier / maybe ZeroBounce)

– Sending through Instantly

Main thing I’m focused on is making this feel tailored, not bulk.

Trying to figure out:

– What types of businesses tend to close fastest in commercial cleaning?– How you guys are structuring your emails so they don’t get ignored, What kind of openers are actually getting replies right now

If anyone here is doing outreach in local services or just cold outreach in general I would appreciate any insight on what’s actually working (not theory).
