The speed of AI development is insane and I think I've become my own bottleneck. Using Claude Code heavily across multiple projects at my company. Condensed timelines, lots of context overlap between repos, and I keep hitting the same walls: persevering through problems way longer than I should, or procrastinating on tasks because the automated pipeline for that specific thing isn't set up yet.
The bigger technical challenge: I'm juggling several intertwined codebases and I need a setup that's context-aware across multiple repos at once. Thinking about wrapping Claude Code in something like AWS Lambda or CodeBuild; something that can pull from multiple repos, understand the overlap, and stay aware of what's happening across projects. Has anyone built something like this?
Is anyone using Linear to track issues and development progress across projects? Would love to hear how you're structuring that.
And the non-technical one, maybe the hardest: how do you handle the feeling of being permanently behind? The speed is a gift but it also means the gap between where you are and where you could be never really closes.
Genuinely appreciate anyone who takes a moment to help me navigate this!!
