Claude Code across multiple repos β€” am I the bottleneck?
The speed of AI development is insane and I think I've become my own bottleneck. Using Claude Code heavily across multiple projects at my company. Condensed timelines, lots of context overlap between repos, and I keep hitting the same walls: persevering through problems way longer than I should, or procrastinating on tasks because the automated pipeline for that specific thing isn't set up yet. The bigger technical challenge: I'm juggling several intertwined codebases and I need a setup that's context-aware across multiple repos at once. Thinking about wrapping Claude Code in something like AWS Lambda or CodeBuild; something that can pull from multiple repos, understand the overlap, and stay aware of what's happening across projects. Has anyone built something like this? Is anyone using Linear to track issues and development progress across projects? Would love to hear how you're structuring that. And the non-technical one, maybe the hardest: how do you handle the feeling of being permanently behind? The speed is a gift but it also means the gap between where you are and where you could be never really closes. Genuinely appreciate anyone who takes a moment to help me navigate this!!

@Chase Bruno Curious what you mean by overseer specifically. Are you thinking an orchestrating agent that manages multiple Claude Code sessions, or something more like a planning layer that sits above the implementation work?

@Chase Bruno I have not and i've had quite a bit of trouble trying to orchestrate myself. Always found myself getting better results with a single agent with more tools, all of it thanks to expanding context windows.
Need Guidance on n8n
Hey, i just completed n8n Nate Herk's course, can someone guide what should i build now , where should i start from.

Pick one annoying thing in your own life or work and automate it. Doesn't matter how small. The best first build is something you'll actually use every day, that's where you'll hit real edge cases and actually learn. And here's a challenge worth trying: before reaching for n8n, describe the problem to Claude and ask it to build the automation for you. You might be surprised how far you get without a single node.
Any PMs Here Building AI Into Their Real Work? Let's Talk :)
Hey everyone! Adrian here πŸ‘‹ I'm a Project Manager with a strong focus on using AI to actually improve how I work - not as a novelty, but as a genuine productivity layer built into my daily workflows. One of my personal side projects has been building an LLM Wiki - a structured knowledge system fed by online content that acts as my personal AI-powered knowledge hub. What started as a curiosity quickly became something I want to bring directly into my project management work. The idea is to have a living, queryable knowledge base that keeps me informed and contextually aware without the usual overhead. But the more I work with it, the more I realize isolated tools aren't enough. That's what drew me to the concept of an Agentic OS (AI tools, memory, context, and workflows all connect and work together). If there are any other project managers or product managers here thinking about how to bring this stuff into real client work - I'd love to exchange ideas. There's a lot we can learn from each other!

The LLM Wiki idea is exactly where isolated tools start feeling limiting. You build something useful and then immediately want it talking to everything else. The Agentic OS framing is the right next step. What are you using to feed content into it?
7 Day - Intro πŸ‘‹πŸ½
Hey everyone! I’m MarKesha. Gen X builder, been at this for a few months now. I have shipped actual tools and apps using AI, no code, and a lot of late nights. Still working on landing that first paying client outside of family so I am here to tighten up the foundation and build with some intention. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is working on! πŸš€πŸ”₯

Stay relentless, it'll come. Rooting for you!
Anyone here who's not from a tech background? Curious to learn what you're building...
Hi yall, I dont have a tech background and honestly I don't know a lot of tech jargons. I just watch Nate's videos and try to follow what he's doing. Sometimes I have to talk to Gemini to ask what's going on because it's all so new to me. I'm a mom who's planning to homeschool my kids, so honestly I'm coming into this wanting to build the best learning hub for my 2 young kids... I haven't thought about monetizing...but i sure hope one day I get to a place where I can monetize my skills and knowledge too. Just curious about what you're all building!

Building a learning hub for your own kids is one of the best use cases I've heard in this thread. Your non technical background doesn't matter quite as much since the tech is bridging that gap now; as long as you've got some resilience and can stick it out through the ups and downs. And having your kids as the motivator is going to carry you further than most. That kind of why doesn't run out.

Learning AI systems and helping the people around me work smarter with AI so they can get their time back and focus on what actually matters.
