Build update from Plexaris Uganda.

We're 7 weeks into a 20-week build of a massive new AI legal platform and the team in Kampala is putting in the hours.

Where we stand today:

• 68 tasks shipped

• Phase 1 (Foundation) - complete

• Phase 2 (Core Intake) - 74%, closing fast

• Phase 3 (Analysis Engine) - kicking off mid-May

• Phase 4 (HITL Portal) - next in line

• Launch target: end of July

Week 5 hit 17 tasks shipped, our highest velocity to date. This week we're recalibrating after a heavier sprint and one of team members being sick, but the trajectory is clear and the momentum is real.

Beyond the build itself, we're now taking the first steps to bring the right stakeholders into the loop. Early conversations are underway with legal professionals who will help us pressure-test the platform in real-world conditions making sure what we ship is shaped by the people who will actually use it.

Building a platform isn't a straight line as we all know. It's phases, sprints, decisions, and the occasional refactor. What matters is the direction, the discipline, and the team behind it.
