I just built a system that makes it insanely easy to scale AI call center agents using Vapi.ai, Zadarma SIP/VoIP, and Airtable — and it's a game changer. Here’s what it does:
✅ Import existing assistants from Vapi directly into Airtable
✅ Create new assistants from Airtable with just a row (copy → tweak → deploy)
✅ Assign each assistant a different persona, voice (e.g. ElevenLabs), prompt, etc.
✅ Automatically push them back to Vapi, fully ready to handle inbound/outbound calls
✅ Use Zadarma to save ~90% on VOIP call costs vs Twilio
💡 The cool part?
I only need to set up one assistant in Vapi, import it to Airtable, and from there I can duplicate and customize dozens of agents in seconds.
Now every client can have their own virtual call center — with assistants that sound human, answer 24/7, and speak in any voice or language we want.
