The Problem with No Shows from Cold Calling.. - Breakdown
Someone asked about prospects ghosting after booking calls from cold outreach. After years in sales, I've identified the three real reasons people no-show and how to fix each one. First, understand this isn't random - it's systematic. There's a massive show-rate gap between brand-booked calls and cold-booked calls. You can close this gap with the right approach. No-show reason #1: Lack of trust. Who were you before you called them? Nobody. A complete stranger. They agreed to your call, not to YOU. This is fixable but requires intentional trust-building between booking and the actual call. No-show reason #2: They felt pressured. Hard truth: Many people book calls just to be "nice" and avoid saying no directly. They find it less confrontational to agree now and ghost later. Creating genuine interest beats forced compliance every time. No-show reason #3: Simple forgetfulness. Busy people forget low-priority commitments. Your call with a stranger they've never met? That's the definition of low priority on their calendar. The most effective fix: Between booking and the call, send reminders that include case studies of people like them. This simultaneously reminds them of the appointment while building credibility and trust when they're not on the spot. Final insight: During booking, make sure they feel they're making the decision themselves. People show up for calls they chose to have, not calls they were pressured into booking. Control and agency beat compliance every time. Hope you found this valuable! :)

Memory Error Question
Hello everyone, I have a question about the memory I faced an issue in my local n8n and after runing a flow 2 times successfully now I receive a memory error. In the documentation I understood I need to increase the memory but it is confusing and I don't know how. I would appreciate if someone can help me in this matter.

Sometimes I get this If I am testing it often. Try deleting the memory if that doesnt work just delete the link from agent to buffer memory and it seems to work from there. Not sure if that's and official fix but a good workaround anyway
