Are AI Chatbots/Agents Dead?

For the longest time I have been selling AI Customer Support Chatbots to businesses - the bots that answer questions about a business on their website. I got a good offer, good product, good niche, everything according to the stuff teaches in this course.

But growth has never been really big. Part of this is because I was always niche hopping and doing a lot of things wrong. I want to get into it with all my heart and soul now but I'm wandering if this is a good thing to sell - Chatbots to businesses for their website?

PS: Yes, I have niched down, I sell target medium sized software businesses. Yes, my offer is compelling I have guarantees, a compelling premise and everything else set up.

PPS: I still want to do stuff with AI and I love building Chatbots, I just want to know how bright you think the future of this is.
