Anyone here doing cold email

When getting Ai Automation clients via cold email, I feel like a lot of people blame their copy when cold email isn’t working.

But half the time it’s just the list.

I used to pull random leads, clean them a bit, and send. Everything looked fine on the surface, but because I targeted the wrong people, who had no real intent, my replies started dropping.

Once I actually started being more intentional with how I build lists, everything improved: replies, consistency, everything.
