Anyone else diving deeper into these new AI automation tools?

I’ve been testing out a platform called Genesai.io and it honestly feels like it’s ahead of the curve. You can build and deploy voice agents and chatbots that handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and even website chatbot widgets literally in seconds and it was free to sign up. What really stood out is how it remembers conversations, looks up contact info mid-response, and adapts based on what people say — no coding required.

I ran a setup for a local business and it handled responses, logged summaries, tracked engagement, and even sounded human on the phone. You can white label the whole thing too, which opens up a lot of possibilities for offering it as your own service.
