AI Founder - “my landing page isn’t converting”
The fix was easy
An AI Founder asked me to review his landing page last weekend.
He was getting good traffic to it and all, but there was a conversion problem.
I scrolled through his page and saw the usual suspects:
Big claims. Lots of features. Lots of benefits.
But I couldn’t picture the outcome from his AI service.
And that was the issue. Not being able to SEE it.
You can advertise “automates approvals”, “flags anomalies”, “optimizes ops” all you want.
But if you want to convert visitors into bookings, they need to be able to envision the better state you’re promising.
Your prospects want to see dashboards. Screenshots. Before/after flows of what you’re offering.
They’ll listen to strong messaging and persuasive copy.
But if you want them to believe it, they need to see it.
Here were the recommendations I gave him to get this done:
✔ Show, then tell:
→ open with a real visual - UI, dashboard, flow diagram, Etc.
✔ Use side-by-side framing:
Before: Manual data entry across 3 tools - hours lost
After: Auto-filled via API - deployed in 30 seconds
So basically, instead of just saying [Desired Outcome]
→ SHOW what the desired outcome looks like.
Now your prospects see it.
If they can see it, they’ll believe it.
