Running my AI automation agency has been a really WILD ride.
In the last 3 weeks, I’ve talked to founders from 5+ countries: every call a new business model, new challenges, new perspective.
Here’s the thing they don’t tell you: as an entrepreneur, you’re not just one role. You’re the builder, the marketer, the salesman…everything and all at once.
Keeping it all in sync? Not easy. Some days I feel like I’m juggling chainsaws on a unicycle. But the speed of learning is insane. I’ve grown more in the last month than in the last year tbh.
