Howdy pals! We are currently halfway (🤯) through November! How is your practice? Are you making time for yourself? What does that look like for you?
A little look behind the curtain here: November has been a month of reconnecting to my body. I have done a couple of months of gentle movements and slow flows- but this month I decided to really push myself. You will be able to see that in the videos as I breathe heavily, fall out of postures, and take modifications. I never want to post these videos and act as some sort of superhuman who can do all postures with ease and grace like all of those people on YouTube. Instead, I just wanted to create a place where we can all just show up as ourselves. Tired, covered in breast milk, and on the mat nonetheless. I hope that you are giving yourself grace this month.
