Question about cold email

Hey is anyone doing cold email for local biz as there main outreach channelI have been having a big issue with my emails open rate and i have been trying to fx it for the past couple of fix. just for the context i have had multiple successful email campaign before with ope rates 50-60% but now it has been dropping and dropping down and i have no idea why.
