Struggling to get leads but don't have a lot of money? DOWNLOAD THIS!
Want more value in the next 45 seconds than you've ever received from a $10,000 coaching program? Below, I have attached a step-by-step, click-by-click playbook on how I scaled my first agency to $10K/month in 4 months while investing less than $350 into lead generation, all through cold email. Best part is, I was able to spend less than 20 minutes/week running this system, and eventually handed it off to a VA so I never had to think about it (yes, the $350 includes VA cost). Now I'm giving you the entire playbook, completely for FREE, just for being in Agency World. No paid ads. No fancy tools. Just a clean and clear process that works if you follow it. You’ll learn: - the principles behind effective cold email - how to pull and clean a lead list - how to set up your email system so it lands inbox - exactly what to send, how many to send, and when - what to do when someone replies - how to scale it with a VA once it’s working It’s all written step-by-step. If you follow it, and you call people when they respond, this will work. Don’t skip stuff. Just go through it one piece at a time. It's designed to be plug-n-play. Here it is: >>MASTER COLD EMAIL SOP<< Bookmark it 👆 and get to work 🛠️ P.S. Don't send this to anyone outside Agency World. This is a gift just for you being a part of this community. P.P.S. It took me a week to build this SOP, so let me know in the comments if you found it helpful and you'd like more guides like this. Thinking of building one for DM outreach next 🤔
DM outreach
Does anyone here do cold dm outreach on Facebook? My niche is real estate wholesalers and that's where they are primarily but I don't know how to do outreach there without getting bans and restrictions. Also, I plan on having multiple accounts to send more dms per day but will facebook allow me to do so like if I make them completely different from one another? Compared to instagram, facebook wants each person to have 1 account that's why I ask Any help would be appriciated!
What A players don't want you to know about appointment setting….
There is a difference between a Transactional appointment set and a relationship-driven appointment set. Transactional setting makes your prospects feel like a number… Generalised sms reminders (if any), no mention of the prospects name or application etc… Relationship-driven appointment sets are met with ‘speed to lead’. If someone books you reply within the first 10 minutes. You text them by name, acknowledge their application, confirm the time they booked (IN THERE TIMEZONE) and most importantly put a face to the name (you. the rep)… How do you do this?? It's simple but powerful…. A 30 second video introduction. When prospects receive personalised video introductions, a few powerful things happen: 1. Trust is accelerated – People buy from people, not just offers. When they see your face, hear your tone, and feel your energy, it humanises the process. You’re no longer a stranger on the other side of a Zoom link. 2. Commitment increases – If you’ve taken the time to make a short video just for them, they’re far less likely to ghost you. It feels like there’s already a small bond formed. 3. Differentiation is clear – Most people rely on text confirmations or generic reminders. A personalised video immediately signals this isn’t the average sales/coaching call. You’re willing to do what others won’t. 4. Pre-framing happens naturally – In the video, you can subtly establish authority and flow: “I saw your application and really liked what you mentioned about XYZ…thats what we’re looking for.” Set the frame (we want people who are committed, risk averse etc) 5. It demonstrates care + tenacity – If you show you’ve actually looked at their application, it proves you don’t just see them as a number. That in itself lowers walls and turns warm leads into burning hot ones.

Ads Funnel for a High Ticket Offer
I have a coaching program I sell through affiliates, but I am building my own client acquisition channel. I have been working on building an Ads Funnel. Ads -> Landing Page with VSL + testimonials -> Book a discovery call. I am wondering how likely it is to convert from cold traffic, reason being because of this "rule" of 7 hours (prospects need to spend 7 hours with my content before buying) What's your experience guys. I know it is a very generic question, but I guess, I am just trying to stay realistic on what to expect and also what else I can do to make sure it can convert. PS.: I have money to invest on Ads(even just test), not a problem, but of course I don't want to just burn cash out. PS 2: it is a 4k USD program.
