Overseas Cold Calls

I’m fortunately going to Croatia in a few days to get away for 2 weeks holiday, but i’m in quite a crucial stage of my agency startup where i’ve finished my SOP’s, website, scripts, and all the fundamentals etc etc and it’s time to work my way through my lead scraping list and get cold calling.

I run my agency in the UK working for estate agents in my local area offering lead generation and lead qualification via facebook and instagram ads, and also have a UK sim and number, however,

i’m wondering if there’s a way (softwares / apps) where i can make calls using my UK sim, Calling UK numbers but calling from Croatia so i can keep cold calling UK numbers when im out in Croatia without getting any charges or costs ?
