Can I get feedback on my openers and pitches for cold dm outreach on facebook? My niche is real estate wholesalers. I was wondering which ones are better in your opinion. Thanks in advance!

Openers:

Hi (name)! Are you taking on more wholesale deals right now?
Hi (name)! Which markets do you wholesale in?

pitches:

Hey (name)! I help wholesalers get more deals by getting them motivated seller leads for free.

I started my business 2 years ago. I learned from top experts in marketing and social media. Now, I want real experience.

I'm only taking on 5 wholesalers for free right now because that is all I can handle. In return, I only ask for a short review (but only if I get you results)
