The Tree That Remembered Wishes
Every morning, just as the first golden ray touched the earth, the old mango tree in the middle of the field would wake up. Its branches were heavy—not just with deep green leaves and blushing mangoes, but with hundreds of tiny, colorful fruits that didn’t quite belong: ruby-red guavas, golden starfruit, even strange violet orbs no one could name. Long ago, children from nearby villages used to come here. They didn’t pick the fruit. Instead, each child tied a ribbon or a piece of colored cloth to a branch and whispered a secret wish. “I want to see the sea someday,” little Ayesha had said, tying a blue strip. “I’ll become a singer,” young Karim promised, adding red. “I just want my mother to smile again,” whispered tiny Noor, hanging a soft pink thread. Years passed. The children grew up and left the village. But the tree never forgot. Every sunrise, it gently pushed those wishes into new fruit—each one carrying the color and shape of the dream it held. Now, when the first light spills over the horizon and paints the sky in fire and rose, the tree stands alone, surrounded by small blooming gardens that sprouted from forgotten seeds. Travelers passing by stop, amazed. They see mangoes, guavas, starfruit… and fruits that glow faintly, almost like they’re smiling. An old woman (once Ayesha) returned one dawn. She touched the blue ribbon still fluttering after twenty years and laughed through tears. “You kept them safe,” she whispered. The tree said nothing. It only dropped one perfect, sea-blue mango into her hand. And in that moment, the sunrise felt like it was shining just for her. Moral (just for fun): Some wishes don’t need to be loud. They just need a tree patient enough to grow them.

This Is Your Invitation to Meet My Mentor
The first photo says it all! It really does say it all for me. There’s @Robert Hollis -- showing up, leading, pouring wisdom into people (my team) who are ready to grow. And then there’s me... probably saying “YESSS!” a little too loudly in the background where I am showcasing the books Robert authored: Shackled to Free" and "How is THAT Working - From Rat Race to Freedom?" There's Max Miller, the Publisher also on this call. Sadly, we lost Kai (with mask on) last year due to health reasons. Kai, you were loved by all of us and are truly missed. And you know what? I love what I was doing here... Every Monday night I read a Chapter from Robert's book "How is THAT Working?" At the end of the chapter were questions that we would discuss. I did this LIVE on facebook for Somewhere along the way, I realized something important about myself. I don’t actually need to be the one in the spotlight holding the mic. I love being the one behind the man (or woman)—the encourager, the cheerleader, the quiet builder. The one helping others use their voice to build their platform, step into their calling, and leave a legacy that truly matters. That’s what truly fills my cup. Helping people launch platforms and brands that Change lives. I am far more fulfilled building the stage for those whose message needs to be heard rather than standing center stage myself. @Robert Hollis is #1 of my top Five on my list. You've heard the saying, "you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with," which suggests your inner circle significantly influences your success, habits, and outlook. Robert is a master story-teller and after spending time with him, you will never be able to blame your circumstances, upbringing, personal weaknesses, family, friends or the government. You will no longer be able to complain, “I never had the opportunity to achieve my dreams.” You’ve been warned! Come join us here at the Unlimited Wisdom Skool community and you will see Robert still waving. Still cheering. He Always will be.) ✨ Ageless Wisdom & The Good Ole Days ✨
Every year around this time, this memory cracks me up all over again. 😂🤣Oh, the sweet moments we hold onto forever… It’s been 38 years since I divorced my children’s father on September 19, 1987 — and what I’m most grateful for is the life we lived during those formative years. Country living shaped my babies in ways a classroom never could. Because of those years… 🌾 My strong, multi-talented son, Michael, became the true “jack-of-all-trades Carpenter.” That boy can build a house from the ground up and do every single thing in between. 🌸 My beautiful daughter, Mishele, grew a green thumb so magical she can make anything bloom. Her knowledge of plants still blows me away. We chopped wood to heat our home — all five fireplaces of that big old antebellum house. We planted huge gardens, canned everything we grew (tomatoes, corn, green beans, salsa, jams — if it grew, we preserved it!).My husband and son hunted every season, and our freezer stayed stocked with venison and even squirrel. 💼 Small Town, Big Hustle During those years, we were living in the tiny farm town of Trenton, right outside my birthplace — Ft. Campbell, KY — near the border of Clarksville, TN. My husband had just lost his job when I noticed an empty Chevron gas station sitting right in the middle of that one-horse town. I called the Chevron jobber, he came to our home, interviewed us right there at our kitchen table… and the very next week, we were running a full-service gas station with a two-bay garage. My husband was in his element — he’d built his first car at 18 and had worked as a Ford Parts Manager and mechanic for years. He was either in the garage repairing vehicles or out on the farms repairing tractor tires and filling them with calcium. And me? Honey, I did EVERYTHING: ⛽ Pumped gas🧽 Cleaned windshields🔧 Checked oil & fluids📚 Did the books📦 Ordered all the auto parts and kept up with the inventory. The kids’ school was only one block away, so they’d walk to our station after school, do their homework, and help pump gas. We were open 7am–7pm, Monday through Saturday and closed only on Sundays.

My First Series of Booklets: FLAWED to FINESS by Debra Grady
I happened to be on a Zoom call one day with a dear friend that was in the same company as myself. She was showing us this beautiful "Kintsugi" gift she had received. She gave us a brief description of what that Japanese word meant. After the zoom call, I went to town researching everything I could find out about that beautiful word. Kintsugi's spiritual meaning centers on finding beauty and strength in imperfection and embracing the process of healing. It teaches that instead of hiding scars, which are proof of survival and resilience, they should be honored and celebrated as part of a person's unique story. This Japanese philosophy sees brokenness as a catalyst for growth, leading to a new and more beautiful version of oneself. @Meladee Ryba , you were my inspiration to write this series of booklets because of what you shared with us that day along with the meaning of kintsugi. Notice the cover of my books are pastels with broken lines filled with gold. That is the theme that runs throughout and what I based the series of 12 booklets on: FLAWED to FINESSE. Here is a pic of my books...
