I want to shout out a duo of amazing performances recently

who is quite a way into his performance journey

And

who has just been starting out

It's amazing to see when people work on passing past what they thought their limitations were

has completed the Philadelphia Half Marathon again and smashed a new record for him self

2:00:19 the first time and this year around hitting and amazing 1:56:51 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

And

has her first Half Marathon coming up very soon

Flying over to Manchester to complete the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run

And recently achieved her longest run ever so far with just over 12km....or she would say 8miles being from the US 😉💪🏽

But both amazing results....so far 💪🏽💪🏽
