How Important is URL name?

I'm in the middle of a rebrand and relaunch as I publish my book this year and finally market the way I have intended for years and not executed. Plan is to sell education courses and write more books. The Jonathat Cronstedt exampl is going to be amazing for me. I haven't looked yet, but sounds very parralell.

Currently my url is long, I have some forwarding url's, but keep the long one for compliance.

I also own myideal.life and was leaning towards using this upon compliance approval. Now I'm Consider DanielPoppers.com or something of the like. Thoughts?
