Back on track!
Hey everyone! I had a few personal things come up the past few months that have really knocked me down onto my knees. I lost a very close family member and another significant health issue in my family. I'm not looking for empathy here, just sharing some context for why it's been so quiet on here! I am getting fairly close to releasing the first course and excited to get everyone's feedback. What have you guys been up to? Who's been doing deals?!?!?!?

Hey how is it going on nick got some exciting new but just want to first say you and your family will be in prayers. By the grace of God I've partnered with capital advisors and became one myself additional to my expertise and main focus. I currently have a buyer going through a 1031 looking for something in the New England market or just outside of Boston area. Looking a new development, and no studios. His last sale was north of $50m Currently in route to find something in Sherman, Tx looking for some projects for this private equity firm and family office firm. And also with God's grace I have a little daughter on the way. Sometime in October which is my birth month aswell.

PSA for CRE
I’m head first into wholesaling commercial real estate, typically sticking with the Multi Family side, ranging from 10-100+ units. I’ve sent more LOI’s for commercial than I have any PSA’s, speaking of which I was wondering if anyone know where I can I find a CRE PSA?

My name is Zy’kerrian Tatum, I’m looking to grow within the community, learn and apply what works so we can all grow and share experience. I work in wholesaling commercial real estate full time, college drop out with a lot of ambition. Ive worked residential side for about 2 years and hopped on to commercial coming up on another 2 years. Growing and learning to build wealth for my family. Even possibly looking to build capital to own my own multi family complex or invest in a syndication!
