Capital Partners
How is it going everyone? I’m connected to a broker and consultant that is working with a developer in Washington DC to find a capital partner to cover a % of project costs.
Can’t get into a lot of details overall due to NDA, but I’m taking part in bringing in a investor/ capital partner to close out this project before 2026.
Anyone who is interested I can go over the deal with you on a call with the consultant and broker
