Hey everyone! Today I'm shutting down my Skool Group. I am excited to (soon) launch my new company Firewatch Capital. You guys are the first to hear about this. I've decided to shut-down Skool to go 'All-in' on building out Firewatch Capital. Firewatch Capital is going to be a Private Real Estate investment firm and we're going to syndicate deals. Ultimately, I've found my "super power" to be buying and operating deals, and I'm excited to take this to new levels. We're likely to use the 505(c) for accredited investors but aren't married to that structure (fyi). This decision wasn't easy, I really enjoyed teaching and talking/networking with community members.
