Handstand progress
I recorded myself twice and here are the results (both recorded today) I think I’ve got good form and when I touch the wall I come down. In the first one I counted 11 seconds And second one 9.

I trained like David Goggins for A day
Yo what’s up guys, just dropped a new challenge video, a bit similar to my former sung jin woo challenge video. But this time I use David Goggins routine and I’m sure you guys know who that man is. This video was a bit crazy and took a while to make, so I hope you guys enjoy it and maybe even get inspired by my story at the end 😎🙌 let me know what you guys think about it and maybe I can try out different challenges. I’m thinking of training like Magnus the famous rock climber next.

Hey guys, I'm Arvind! I'm a guy who has been training in the gym for about 3 years, I'm bored with it though, I have been playing around with gymnastic rings, it's a lot more fun and looks cool! Do you think I can build muscle just training for movements, like the front lever, muscle up and all?

Tuck 90 degree hold
Hi, i am trying to learn 90 degree hold, here i hold a progression in between Tuck and diamond Tuck for very little time, my question is will just doing lots of sets of those and Tuck version eventually make me stronger and stretch further out and lean more forward because thats my biggest problem right now, and is my form alright because to me it seems my shoulders are a bit to low? And also i think i will implement some pseudo push ups. I definitely feel tired/sore after this so thats a good sign right? And how long would it take me to learn the full because online it is said as pretty easy but to me full seems quite impossible..

Hey Koen! first of all good job on consistency 💪🏻🔥 but do you work on your form? as in do you do press ups, core, back exercises etc. as well as skill training? because if you work on strengthening your body first, the skill will be progressing accordingly . it made a big difference in my training especially shoulder strength and core
Pull day
Most of days I skip are pull days since usually I workout with someone else because when im alone I feel like I'm getting judged by them but today at 9am imma go to the park by myselfand smash this pull day.
