Hi, i am trying to learn 90 degree hold, here i hold a progression in between Tuck and diamond Tuck for very little time, my question is will just doing lots of sets of those and Tuck version eventually make me stronger and stretch further out and lean more forward because thats my biggest problem right now, and is my form alright because to me it seems my shoulders are a bit to low? And also i think i will implement some pseudo push ups. I definitely feel tired/sore after this so thats a good sign right? And how long would it take me to learn the full because online it is said as pretty easy but to me full seems quite impossible..
