I have been doing doing calisthenics again for a month or 2 and I want too see if i made good progress Il compare my starting stats in brackets Pullups 8 (1) Pushups 22 (15) Dips 15 (4) L sit hold 3sec (1sec) I have been neglecti
My motivation
My motivation is to train is just to be healthier and stronger like many people but i also want to be a good role model to my younger cousins so they dont become like me (unhealthy, barely active and low self-esteem) so I want to better myself so that they can find me as a positive role model then a negative .even If I dont become a role model to them I still want them to know that handwork in the end pays off so that they can be a better person each day Im writing so I can remind myself that I have said my goals to other people and they would be disappointed if I dont do it.
Imbalance
I can do 20 pushups but only 1 pullup Any tips that can help?

Progress
15 pushups with 1.5 kgs on my back 3 pull ups (stuck on 3 pull ups for 2 weeks) 20 bench dips(gonna change to another tricep exercise soon) 30 sec N sit 7 sec Elbow lever

@Lucas Torres I was bored and wanted to try weighted pushups I normally do 10 decline pushups Also thanks for the suggestions
Pull day
Most of days I skip are pull days since usually I workout with someone else because when im alone I feel like I'm getting judged by them but today at 9am imma go to the park by myselfand smash this pull day.
