I am not an expert but to me it looks goodšŸ‘ Do you have hyperextension in your elbow by the way?
What has been your biggest achievement in 2025 so far?
We are getting close to the end of the year and SOOO much has happened. But I want to hear from YOU: What was your biggest win with your body this year? Did you lose fat? Build muscle? Stay consistent for the first time in your life? And now looking ahead… What’s the ONE thing you want to do better in 2026? More discipline? Better routine? Stronger habits? I would love to know what your take for 2026. šŸ”„

Biggest win: staying consistent in my calishtenics training no matter what and as a result i got a lot better phyqisue and some skills like handstand push ups (consistency is improving) but i have not hitten my goal of doing a 90 degree hspu yet and to be realistically this will not happen this month but definitely in 2026( the best i can do now is a handstand to bent arm planche hold so basically a controlled negative to hold. Also i think setting your goals too high which i did is better than setting them too low dont y'all think?

@Lucas Torres Suree right now i dont have a clip but will record one in my next training sesh probably tomorrow🤣
I learned it the hard way
So i do periodization and i do two weeks hypertrophy as my main focus and i love training till failure in almost every set even though some people say I should not because......and i still did it no matter what people said. I trained till failure because i love the feeling of the pump and feeling like my muscles are being used completely. But today i paid the price. After finishing my workout i felt horrible, for the first time i felt just horrible. I had nausea, i felt like if i was about to faint. I tought maybe I should eat something so I grab the first thing in sight some papaya and well it has fructose so it would help me. But i couldnt hold it I went to the bathroom and threw up. Thankfully it wasnt that bad and afterwards i felt ok. So the lesson is i will never train till failure in every single set maybe just the last set of my workout. and specially if i train four days calishtneics back to back. so yeah DO NOT TRAIN TIL FAILURE IN EVERY SET PLEASE.

Thanks for the warning, hopefully you recovered
Handstand push ups and presses
Yo guys i have a question about two things: Is it normal to have a inconsistent handstand?sometimes i can hold it 10 seconds and sometimes i totally Miss the kickupšŸ™ƒ or only have a short hold, Will this improve its been around 1.5-2 months that i finally locked in on learning handstand and its better but still inconsistent. Also i am working on my presses to handstand and handstand push ups but i think i need to be just a bit stronger for a better ROM so would working on pike push ups and wall hspu be enough for that or what else?

@Lucas Torres Alright thanks i will keep grinding handstand then and it will get more consistent over time i guess, also thanks on the tip will definitely start including elevated pike push upsšŸ‘
One year transformation
Wow I can’t believe it is already been one whole year since I started working out with calisthenics since October-November 2024! Man time flies like literally. Just like Sokka:). Ok well I have a photo of me some years ago which is the most accurate on how I looked before doing calisthenics then I have some photos of my progress which I took like 6 months after starting and I am going to like have a video of those photos if you want to see it it’s not mandatory and today I took another photos. One thing to have in mind is that the photos in the video I took them with bad lighting so they don’t look that good. I know I am far from being really good physic but I am actually happy with the progress I have at the moment.
