Hello everyone my name is Anurag from O pullups i Went to 5 pullups now my goal is 15 how can I increase it can anyone say me how many reps and sets should I do what style should I train

To be honest i did the same by just doing reps throughout the day, but if you do it within one session i would do 2-3 times to failure, and if you have them i would recommend bands to be able to get more reps in But if you get your reps in consistently you will go from 5 to 15 for sure. Also what i did when i could do something like 6 pull ups was 2 x max and then another max set and then some slow negatives where you jump up and lower yourself as slow as possible
Human Flag question for next try
Am i close to human Flag?? Had 2 training sessions before this, pretty intensive with 3 x max pull ups etc so could i do human Flag on a good day where i would not have trained before?? Because i work the coming three days my next try would be Friday and i am thinking to not train in the morning just because i would be at my strongest when trying full human Flag and get horizontal. Or does training before not matter that much? Also is the technique correct? It may seem i am taking it too serious but i am just very hyped to finally get one of my dream skills

@Lucas Torres yes my hips are to low so i guess i will work on straddle with high hips, that should be doable 👍 maybe if i train next two days on straddle i can get it Friday but this might be part of the problem that i want to go to fast to next progression😅🤣

Nice man, i still cannot handstand probably because i have not put in the work for the specific skill, and i think handstand is just a pretty hard skill
Human Flag straddle attempt
First of all the spot is HORRIBLE but still i will get the clean straddle in a week i just need to push harder with the bottom arm and somehow activate my obliques i think. And in this attempt i lost a lot of energy with first losing the horizontal position and having to push back up. But atleast it is getting better Of course if someone sees the form being wrong or got any tips please tell me, and yes i know i am not horizontal my core was not activated enough and it was a short hold but for me this is still a big win

@Lucas Torres Thank you very much💪 my only problem is that in the Tuck version i lose balance and start swinging like a actual flag, so maybe i should just keep trying the straddle version? I feel like its also really a technique problem because my attempts got better throughout the day even though i did lots of attempts so i should be more fatigued right? What i could do is train the Tuck version and rotate my body so that my chest is upwards i guess i will try the tucked versions you mentioned like that

This is my current progress after 3 1/2 months of training front lever starting at 1 sec of tuck front lever. I’ll probably record again in maybe two months.
