Push up
Hi, beginner here. It has been weeks since I tried improving my push up. Started doing knee push ups and now I tried performing proper push up. Did roughly around 4 or 5 here and my max now is 6/7. Care to share thoughts on how to improve, build strength and increase them.

Nice job man so train like this: 3-5 sets 2 min rest of push-ups leaving 1-2 reps in the tank so if your max is 6-7 substract 1-2 and do that for sets and on last set you go to max reps. Then do 3 sets of easier variation same protocol so it would be knee push-ups and that’s it ;-)

Almost man just straighten your knees completely and tense your legs besides that yeah keep going;)

How to achieve a pull up?
Can someone help because I can't achieve my first pull up.

So start like this do negatives and rows rows can be done either rings or with a table or a broom between two chairs or simply two chairs. Do 3-5 sets of 5-8 negative pull-ups so you jump up and hold at the upper position and come down slowly in 3-5 seconds down controlled as much as possible then do 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps of rows leaving 1-2 reps in reserve and last set going to failure. And that’s it and finish with dead hang just hanging on bar as long as you can 2-3 max sets
