Muscle up
How can I do a muscle up i always try and I can only get to my chest Any tips? Here's some of my stats 10-12 pullups (8 with 4kgs) 25-30 dips (15-20 with 4kgs) Im 5'6 and 84kg

I would recommend learning the high pull-ups with bands very helpful that I know of. I don’t know much cause I’m not trianing for it right now

Okay guys let's give this a try. Just comment something on the following points, you don't need to answer everything but it would be nice to hear from you for this community. - How is your physical well-being (Healthy, sick, injured, fit) - New PR's of the recent week (Like New push-up record or even something insignificant like one pull-up more than last week although it's not a PR) - Skills one has been training on and the most significant progress. - And of course questions about skills/training you have encountered throughout the week if there are any - Anything else you want to say about Calesthenics (optional ofc)

@Koen Wijngaarden do intensity variation for skills like planche and front lever so like every week change number of sets increasing intensity so 6 sets with 4 rir, 5 sets 3 rir and 4 sets 2 rir and never going to fialure. Rir if you don’t know if like how many seconds or reps before going to fialure
