What is the ideal number of sets and reps to improve in Calisthenics? I want to be able to do skills but i can just feel that i am too weak for that to do yet. So i need some advice about how can i progress there. Any help is appreciated.
depends on what goals you have: pure strenght 3-5 sets with 3-6 rep range with 1-2 reps in reserve. hypertrophy: 3-5 sets with 8-12 rep range with 2-1-0 reps in reserve :) also glad you came back to school man
